Back in 2013 Ahmet Cambaz was a Turkish cartoonist who had spent the past seven years working for a magazine based in Istanbul, however all of that changed when his wife bought him tattoo equipment. Equipment that Cambaz would go on to become so intrigued by it changed his artistic vision forever.
His progression from cartoonist to tattoo artist has lead to Cambaz developing his own unique style that some 160k people follow him for over on Instagram. Using an often minimal style he Cambaz inks people’s skin with miniature geometric patterns, animals and playful scenes that tell a story. With a philosophy that less is more it’s hard not to want one of these awesome works of art on your skin.
