Sophie Gamand, a photographer from New York has spent the last 4 years photographing dogs at bath time for part of a project aimed towards understanding humans better.
‘Wet Dog‘ captures hilarious moments during these charismatic canines bath times. With the help of professional groomer Ruben Santana, Gammand explores the distinctions between animals and humans, making the observation that dogs ceased being ‘animals’ long ago, as they’ve now acquired human attributes and became pets.
