Imagine working seven days a week but still not making enough money, for store owner Avi that struggle is a reality. Working seven days a week and often missing important family moments such as his wife battling cancer last year, he has made many sacrifices but sales are still in decline.
Avi has some loyal customers who decided to give him a surprise he would never forget – by holding a cash mob, which is must like a flash mob only that instead of dancing or singing the group flocked to Avi’s store and purchased lots of items.
As you can tell Avi was pretty overwhelmed by this awesome act of kindness. This is what true community spirit is!. Liz Morrison who filmed the cash mob says she did it to celebrate small businesses and what a great guy Avi is.
