We’ve probably all experimented with infrared filters at some point whilst playing around with photo filters on our phones but for this video photographer Sam Forencich decided to step things up a gear, filming an entire time lapse using cameras that were specifically designed to capture infrared light and the outcome is nothing short of incredible.
The 7 minute long time lapse filmed in Oregon changes the way we look at what’s around us as everything becomes inverted and features that once blended in to their surroundings now stand proud however the most impressive contrast is the boundary between earth and sky. Check it out, it’s well worth a watch.
