Specialising in surrealism Lisbon-based artist Luisa Azevedo uses her eye for photography and knowledge of Photoshop to create dream-like images in which anything is possible.
Using her own images of landscapes, animals, plants and inanimate objects Azevedo first picks out which images she’d like to stitch together in Photoshop before beginning to cleverly merge them into one seamless and rather surreal photo – offering us a look into her wonderfully creative imagination in which anything can happen as cacti become hot air balloons and trees take on the form of wild animals.
Equally as impressive is the 18-year-olds ability to balance colour and tone when compositing the images together – certainly no easy feat when you’re creating one image from multiple photographs. You can see more of the artist’s work over on Instagram.
